  1. Would there be thermal energy when the ball is flying to the ground since there is friction? Also why would the body be chemical energy and not thermal? Otherwise it was a great video and very easy to understand!

    1. Actually, the chemical energy is the food you ingest, and then the glucose (sugars) that allow you to move. All of your body's mechanical energy comes from chemical energy.
